Halal and dietary needs

Our beef and chicken come from halal suppliers. We aren’t halal certified, and bacon on our menu is
not halal.

The Aussie, Pleased To Meat You, the Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Loaded Chips all contain bacon, and bacon is an optional add-on for the Cheese Burger. Ask us to leave it off any of them.

Yes. Tell us when you order at the counter, by phone or online.

Bacon is cooked on the same grill as our beef and chicken. If you tell us when you order, we’ll wipe the grill down with water and use separate utensils for your burger. Our deep fryer is pork-free: we don’t cook any pork products in it. If strict separation is essential for you, please speak to us before ordering.

We don’t cook any pork products in our fryer, and our beef and chicken come from halal suppliers. Bacon is cooked on our grill, not in the fryer.

Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian

Yes. Our beef burgers and grilled chicken burgers can be made with a gluten-free bun for an extra $1. That covers the Cheese Burger, Times Square, Aussie, Pleased To Meat You, Fire Up (made without the onion ring), Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Angry Bird. Our fried chicken, fish and plant-based burgers can’t be made gluten free. Our chips are cooked in the same fryer as our battered fish and chicken, so they are not gluten free. We prepare food in a shared kitchen, so cross-contact with gluten is possible. If you have coeliac disease, please talk to us before you order.

Yes. Where Is The Meat comes in vegan and vegetarian versions on a beetroot bun, Where Is The Chicken is a plant-based schnitzel, and we also have the Veggie Delight and Spicy Veggie. These are made with plant-based or vegetarian ingredients, but we cook them on the same grill and in the same fryer as our meat and fish. If you tell us when you order, we’ll wipe the grill with water and use separate utensils for your burger. Where Is The Chicken, Veggie Delight and Spicy Veggie are deep fried in the same fryer as our chicken and fish. If you avoid any contact with meat or fish, please speak to us before ordering.

Our chips are made from potato, but they’re cooked in the same fryer as our battered fish and fried chicken. If you avoid any contact with meat or fish, please speak to us before ordering. We don’t cook any pork products in our fryer.

Tell us when you order and we’ll go through the ingredients with you. We cook in a shared kitchen, so food can come into contact with allergens including gluten, fish, dairy, egg and tree nuts. If your allergy is severe, please speak to us before ordering.
